The Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme[PYES] 2023/2024 recruitment portal is yet to be activated. The registration form is going to be released immediately after the starting date is announced by those in charge of conducting it.
The scheme is designed as an incubation Programme whereby youth will be directly empowered with Seed Empowerment Tools (SET) with the aim of creating multiple layers of empowerment. One of the goals of the programme is to fight unemployment by creating 774,000 jobs for youths in all LGAs in the country.
The application is open to anyone who meets the requirements that will be outlined below this section. There is going to be a screening exercise and from there, those that are eligible will be selected to partake in the programme.

- Must be a Nigerian with a valid means of identification
- Must be within the age bracket[18-40]
- Must provide a guarantor
- Must be of good and upright character
- Must be able to speak and communicate English Language fluently

- Scroll down and click on the Apply Now button
- You will be redirected to another page with the URL applicant.p-yes.gov.ng/signup
- Create an account immediately
- Download the guarantors form and fill it out
- Upload the relevant documents and submit once you’re done
