The Nigerian Navy 2023/2024 Shortlisted candidates list checking procedures will be outlined right here on this page. The shortlisted candidates list contains the names of applicants who were selected to take part in either the screening or training exercise.
The list will be released in batches and note that the same procedures will be followed by applicants to check any of them. In the Nigerian Navy Recruitment application guide, we clearly stated that there was going to be a screening exercise conducted for selected persons during the course of the recruitment exercise.

The Nigerian Navy is yet to publish the names of shortlisted persons online. Applicants are urged to keep an eye on this section to know when it will be available.
How To Check The Nigeria Navy 2023/2024 Shortlisted Candidates List
The names of shortlisted persons will be uploaded on the application portal and also on the social media pages of the Nigerian Navy. To check if you were selected, follow the procedures outlined below:

- Check the list to see if your name is there
The screening will be conducted right after the deadline for the recruitment elapses. There are list of requirements that selected persons will have to come along with during the screening. Below are some of the things that might be requested:
Nigerian Navy 2023/2024 Training Requirements
The training happens to be one of the last phase of the recruitment exercise and there are list of requirements selected persons have to come along with. Below are some of them:
- NIN print-out slip.
- Original and photocopies of credentials.
- BVN print out.
- Two (2) Navy blue PT shorts.
- Two (2) white round neck vests.
- Two pairs of white canvas.
- Two pairs of brown canvas.
- Two (2) white long sleeve shirts.
- Two pairs of black trousers.
- Two (2) black ties.
- One pair of black shoe.
- Three (3) pairs of white long socks.
- Two pairs of national dress (Native wear).
- Two set of cutleries.
- Two Navy blue bed sheets and blanket.
- Two white bed sheets.
- Mosquito net.
- Toiletries.
- WAEC or NECO Scratch card as applicable
